Questions before you book
What does 4+1 mean?
Four passengers and one driver. A fifth passenger needs the SUV: seven passengers and the driver.
Is the rate for the whole round trip?
No. It is the rate for every kilometre that is billed. Count the drive there and the drive back. If that total is under the daily minimum, the minimum is what you pay for.
What if we drive less than 300 km in a day?
The day is still billed at 300 km for every vehicle, including the tempo traveller. Two quiet days are 600 km.
Is driver bata charged once for the whole trip?
No. It is once per day, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A three-day SUV trip is ₹400 × 3 = ₹1,200, on top of the kilometres.
What happens after 10:00 PM?
Extra driver bata applies. The amount is confirmed by Prajwal before you agree. The Sabarimala plan also has a 4:00 AM darshan queue, so ask how early hours are covered.
Are toll, parking and the state permit included?
On vehicle hire, no. Kerala trips such as Sabarimala and Wayanad need a state permit, which is extra. The Sabarimala and Dharmasthala posters list toll and parking inside those plans. Ask which way your quote is built.
Do the packages include a hotel?
Only where the plan says so. Sabarimala lists accommodation as per the package, plus breakfast and dinner. Hotel cost is not inside the per-kilometre rate.
How do I confirm a booking?
